These Terms of Service ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Event Organizer") and Ticket Culture Zimbabwe Private (referred to as "TCZ" or “Site”) governing your use of the Ticketkulture website ("Website") and any related services provided by the Company.
The Company provides a platform for Users to purchase tickets for various events ("Events") through the Website. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to comply with any additional terms and conditions specified by the Event organizer. The Company does not guarantee the availability of tickets or the accuracy of the Event information provided on the Website.
Refunds and cancellations are subject to the refund policy set by the Event organizer. The Company is not responsible for issuing refunds or resolving disputes related to ticket purchases. Any refund or cancellation requests should be directed to the Event organizer.
The Website and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by the Company and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your access to or use of the Website or any content obtained from the Website.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Zimbabwe. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Zimbabwe.
The Company reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Website after any modifications to this Agreement constitutes acceptance of those changes.
